Over the six or seven years Ive been involved in Web Marketing, I have probably purchased over a hundred item of software or ebook tutorials. I have therefore experienced many occasions when I found the necessity to email the product vendors for either technical advice or billing information. In many cases I was awaiting a reply for up to three days and typically at least 48 hours.
